Culture and well-being go hand-in-hand here. We propose a getaway break in Verdú to visit Els Estinclells, an Iberian site dating back to the 3rd century BC. You will be amazed by the reconstruction of two homes and some ovens which are a faithful reproduction of how inhabitants lived and fired ceramics. Later, you can get your hands dirty and participate in an artisan ceramics workshop.
After a nice walk and a visit to the medieval castle and the Romanesque church of Santa María de Verdú, it is time to go to the Vallfogona de Riucorb spa to spend the night and switch off by immersing yourself in the thermal waters there. This establishment was founded in 1901 to take advantage of the medicinal mineral waters that existed in the area.
