  • The voucher is valid exclusively for the reserved day or for changing the date, the vocher is valid until 31/12 of the purchase year

  • *Minimum age: 5 years old (minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times)

Cancellation Policy:

  • On behalf of the company:
    • The company reserves the right to cancel the activity for meteorological reasons, offering a change of date to the customer. 
  • For the customer:
    • If you cancel before 10 days before the start of the activity will apply a penalty of 100%.
    • If you cancel after 10 days before the start of the activity will apply a penalty of 50%.
    • If you cancel during 3 days before the start of the activity will apply a penalty of 100% and the date does not change.
