Let’s enjoy the gastronomy of the region accompanied by our wines from the Ètim range at the sunset, the best time of the day
On the roof of the Wine Cathedral in Falset, the aged wine of the Cooperative is made in the sun and in peace. And it is from this roof, where you can enjoy the Priorat sunset while enjoying a food and wine accompaniment created especially for the occasion.
The visit allows you to discover the Wine Cathedral designed by the architect Cèsar Martinell, a disciple of Antoni Gaudí, a building that encompasses practicality and beauty with more than 100 years of history.
After visiting the Falset Marçà Cooperative, we will move to the roof where we elaborate the rancid wine with oxidative agin and there, we will end the activity with the tasting of our Falset vermouth, Ètim Antull, Castell de Falset and Ètim Late Harvest, which will be accompanied by the typical gastronomy of the area.
