The best land is needed to produce the best grapes, Celler Giol Porrera have it. A permeable slate land, facing south and influenced by the sea breeze. The winery is located in the charming village of Porrera, it is here, where we will enjoy a guided tour of its facilities and see the whole process of making, aging and aging its wine.
At night you will sleep in Mas Ardèvol, a farmhouse with history, specializing in traditional Priorat cuisine. An ideal place to enjoy wine tourism and live the wine and oil tasting experience of the region.
At dinner, we sit in the same Mas Ardèvol. This one is characterized by having a kitchen of prioratine recipes according to the seasonal foods. The farm’s orchard and other Km0 orchards are the main source of the vegetables, flowers and herbs with which they prepare the dishes in order to guarantee fresh and top quality products.
