At first sight

The experience of being in contact with nature and with oneself!

Mindfulness is the focus of our attention on the present moment, it is a method to achieve full awareness, it is to focus on what is happening “here and now”, accepting it without trying to change or judge anything, it is concentrating on what is happening in us and around us and knowing how to renounce noise and distractions.

During the experience, we will enter the fields of Mas Casas, where meadows, forest and olive trees will invite us to pay full attention (mindfulness) to the senses of smell, hearing, touch and sight. We will be in an ideal space to rediscover ourselves with the presence of the body and the calm of the mind.

During the experience we will also come into contact with the sheep, we will let them get closer and we will see what awakens us when we interact with them.

Finally, we will enhance the taste with a small tasting of our dairy products.

Why can’t I bring my pet? We want to avoid any possible cause of stress in our herd and, specifically, other people’s dogs can be a focus.
