Cancellation Charges:

By company:
- Between 10 and 15 days before the trip departure: compensation of 10% of the total price
- Between 3 and 10 days before the trip departure: compensation of 50% of the total price
- Less than 3 days prior to the trip departure: compensation of 100% of the total price
- There is no obligation to indemnify when the cancellation of the trip is due to causes of force major. They are causes of force major circumstances alien to the agency, abnormal and unpredictable, the consequence of which could not be avoided, malgrat having acted with due diligence
