Breakfast with ecologic tasting of 4 wines with their own character and extra virgin oils from our rainfed olive trees at an artistic winery “In Vino Veritas” by Guinovart
We offer you a walk through The Artists’ Vineyard where sculptures and art installations coexist between vineyards and olive groves, a guided tour of the winery where you can see suspended sculptures with dancing lights and shadows and we explain the elaboration of wine in the midst of Gregorio Iglesias’s “Entre el Cel i la Terra” (“Between the Heaven and the Land”).
You will enjoy a breakfast of mountain sausages, artisanal cheeses, rustic bread, tomatoes from the orchard (during tomato season), extra virgin olive oil from our dry olive trees, a handful of toasted or caramelised almonds (or some other homemade seasonal product) and a tasting of 4 of our wines.
The visit will end with a tasting of wines and oils in front of Guinovart’s “In Vino Veritas”
