People with reduced mobility can fly but always accompanied and assisted. (in case our security personnel deemes it necessary, a report of their situation may be requested at the time of the reservation in order to offer you the best possible experience).

Cancellation conditions:

Customers will receive a full refund or credit in the event of carrier cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen operational circumstances.

Clients will receive a full refund or credit with a 48 hour notice of cancellation. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. If you don’t show up, you will be charged the full price.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable but are transferable.
